PACKAGING

With this in mind, all of our new look Oxygen-C packaging is made with 100% recyclable cartons and PCR plastic – a step towards investing in solutions that are kinder for our future and environmental impact.

WHAT IS PCR PLASTIC/PACKAGING?

PCR means Post-Consumer Recycled Material or Post-Consumer Resin. Plastics including PET, PP and HDPE are recycled then reprocessed to produce new packaging. 

WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS TO PCR PLASTIC?

The implementation of PCR plastic in packaging has several advantages. This material reclaims plastics and reduces the impact on our environment by diverting waste in landfills, reducing our carbon footprint and decreasing the demand for new plastics ultimately conversing natural resources. 

WHAT ARE THE LIMITATIONS TO PCR PLASTIC?

Quality limitations may occur during the recycling process. It is important to note that not all PCR plastic can be recycled. Therefore, benefits of using PCR plastic is dependent on how customers recycle their products.
